Everything stays on your phone. Wish Me Luck collects no data, transmits no data, and operates no servers.
What the app stores, and where
Your asks, drawings, handwritten-note photos, deed photos, voice celebrations, streaks and settings are stored only in the app's private storage on your device. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. Deleting the app deletes all of it permanently.
Camera and microphone
The camera photographs handwritten notes and real-world deeds; an on-device Vision check confirms a note contains handwriting. The microphone records optional celebration voice notes. All captures remain on your device and are never transmitted.
Notifications
Daily reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No push servers are involved.
Analytics, tracking, accounts, third parties
None. No analytics SDKs, no advertising identifiers, no accounts, no logins, no third-party services of any kind.
The people you see in v1.0
The companions in this version (Susan, Milo, Devi, Jonah) are simulated characters generated on your device, so the world isn't empty while the real friend-circle features are built. They are not real users and no data about anyone is exchanged.
Changes
If a future version adds friend-to-friend sync, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the app will say clearly what changes.
