Does Morning Reset replace my alarm?
No — keep your usual alarm. Morning Reset meets you on the lock screen with a Live Activity and a notification at your chosen time, so it's the first thing you see when you reach for your phone. Make sure notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → Morning Reset.
What does Premium unlock?
The full morning ritual stays free. Premium adds a few optional follow-up tools that already exist in the app: a fuller weekly pattern read, a short guided pause, Rise & Flow (a guided 5-minute movement reset), Breath Reset (guided breathing), and Morning Pages (a daily freewriting prompt).
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Morning Reset. Cancelling keeps Premium active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open the paywall and tap “Restore Purchases.” As long as you’re signed in with the same Apple ID, your Premium access returns. No account is required.
How does the Morning Energy Read work — is it AI, and is it accurate?
When you choose to take a morning selfie, the photo is analysed entirely on your device using Apple's on-device image processing — it is never uploaded, saved, or sent to any server, and no face data is stored. The reading and score are an experiential wellbeing feature for reflection, not a medical, diagnostic, or scientific measurementof your body, health, or “aura.” Think of it as a calm, playful prompt for your morning practice — not a clinical result.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your streaks, answers, preferences, and Morning Pages stay on your device — there are no analytics, no accounts, and no cross-app tracking. See the Privacy Policy for details.
