By using Wish Me Luck you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your licence to the app.
The app
Wish Me Luck is a personal manifest and social-luck journal. Version 1.0 stores everything on your device and operates entirely offline; the simulated companions are clearly disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
Your content
Drawings, photographs and recordings you create belong to you and remain on your device. You are responsible for what you photograph; capture only what you have the right to capture.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to create or store unlawful content. Content never leaves your device in v1.0, but future friend-circle versions will remove content that breaks this rule from shared spaces.
No guarantees of luck
Wish Me Luck is a ritual and a way of showing up for people — not a promise of outcomes. Nothing in the app is medical, financial or legal advice.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samosfi Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
