Common questions
What is free, and what does a subscription unlock?
Chapter 1 — all six lessons — is completely free, with no account and no sign-up. Beyond it you can open one lesson a day for free, and any lesson you have already finished can be replayed for free forever. A subscription removes the daily limit and opens every chapter and side quest.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no email, and no password. Your progress is stored on your device and never leaves it.
Does it work offline?
Yes — entirely. The whole course, every court diagram and every sound ships inside the download. Turn on Aeroplane Mode and nothing changes except that you cannot start a subscription.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open the You tab in the app and tap your membership, or go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tennis Tactics. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you have paid for.
I bought a subscription on another device — how do I get it back?
Open the unlock screen and tap Restore purchases. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple Account, access returns. No in-app account is involved.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — we have no way to issue one. Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I erase my progress?
Open the You tab and choose Reset progress. That clears your XP, streak, badges and finished lessons immediately. Deleting the app removes it too. Your subscription is separate and is not affected.
Can I turn the sounds off?
Yes — You tab → Sound effects. The sounds also respect your phone's silent switch and mix with whatever you are already listening to.
Is this suitable for children?
The content is, and beginners include children. The app collects no personal data whatsoever. Purchases are controlled by Apple — parents can manage or block them with Family Sharing and Ask to Buy.
